I was born into a third-generation Christian family, and my parents deeply influenced my faith. At the age of 13, I was baptized and publicly declared Jesus Christ as my personal Savior. When I was 16, I studed Department of Communication and Computer Engineering at a university in Shanghai. At 29, I became a computer management systems engineer.At 35, God called me to pursue theology while working in IT in Japan. Eventually, God equipped me to complete a Bachelor's degree in theology in both Tokyo and California, using the Japanese language.At the graduation ceremony, my father emotionally said, “our four generations (plus my son) of Christian families finally has a preacher.” My father's joy deeply moved me. At that moment, I seemed to hear God speaking to me through my father: “My child, you should go and preach the gospel.”Since then, I have devoted myself to voluntary ministry, designing, creating, and updating gospel websites for many churches and seminaries. I have also participated in church mission teams, spreading the gospel in Brazil, Philippines, Mid U.S, and Japan.
In October 2023, on Mission Day, Brother Levi from Christar visited my church (ACC). He introduced Christar's long history and its mission teams in Japan. In February 2024, I joined Christar's mission team in Japan. Through two months of shared ministry and living together, I further confirmed God's calling and vision for me. In the future, I will continue to work with Christar missionaries to serve in Japan. God has spent over 20 years shaping and equipping me. My work, life, and study experiences in Japan have helped me build social connections and gain a deep understanding of Japanese culture and customs. Additionally, possessing a Japanese passport provides me with great convenience. All of this is God's preparation so that I can be readily available for use in the mission field to serve Him.
